Supply Conditions:

1. Welding Wire(Tig,Mig): 0.8-2.5 mm

2. Semi-finished Wire: 2.0-5.0 mm

3. Wire Rod: 5.0-20.0 mm

ER439 was developed to provide outstanding high temperature strength, good thermal fatigue, superior corrosion characteristics and resistance to cracking. It produces a martensitic-free weld normally associated with conventional ferrite stainless steels.

Standard: AWS A5.9, GB, JIS

Grade C Si Mn S P Cr Ni Mo Cu Others

ER439 ≤0.04 ≤0.8 ≤0.8 ≤0.03 ≤0.03 17.0-19.0 ≤0.6 ≤0.5 ≤0.75 Ti: 10*C-1.1

The chemical composition can be customized (such as C,Si,N,O......)
