Supply Conditions:

1. Wire Rod in Coil:                          5.5-20.0 mm (naked packing or in plastic paper)

2. Semi-finished Wire:                   1.0-10.0 mm (in coil or cut length in box)

3. Welding wire/Finished wire:   0.8-5.0 mm (in spool or in box)

Introduce: ER320 is a solid wire for TIG welding, available in bright finish, gives smooth flow, stable arc and spatter free under optimum welding conditions. It gives radiographic quality weld deposit. The weld metal provides resistance to intergranular corrosion. Ideally suited to weld base metal of similar composition for applications where resistance to severe corrosion involving a wide range of chemicals, including sulfuric and sulfurous acids and their salts, is required. It can be used to weld both castings and wrought alloys of similar composition.

ER320LR has a composition similar to type 320, except that carbon, silicon, phosphorus and sulfur levels are kept at lower levels as well as the columbium and manganese being specified at a narrower range.  The low melting residuals are limited in this alloy to reduce the possibility of microfissuring.
