Supply Conditions:

1. Wire Rod in Coil:                          5.5-20.0 mm (naked packing or in plastic paper)

2. Semi-finished Wire:                   1.0-10.0 mm (in coil or cut length in box)

3. Welding wire/Finished wire:   0.8-5.0 mm (in spool or in box)

Introduce: ER209 - Nitronic® 50W is an austenitic stainless steel that is strengthened with nitrogen which gives it a higher strength over a range of temperatures. The nitrogen in this alloy also reduces the likelihood of carbon diffusion, therefore increasing resistance to intergranular corrosion. This alloy is used to weld base metals of similar composition such as Nitronic® 30. However, it can also be used with welding alloys of dissimilar composition, mild steel and other stainless steels.
