For General use, clients always have big demand for ER308(L), ER309, ER316(L), ER310 etc, we use big furnace from IF+EAF+AOD+LF+(VD) to produce to get the price competitive price.

Quality alloys will be plus extra ESR process to achieve the clients requirement.

Sometimes, only small batches order will be released by clients, such as ERNiCrMo-3 (625), 17-4PH (630), Nitronic 50 or Nitronic 60, then the small furnace will be used for melting, by IF + ESR process, to reach even 500 kg urgent demand.

VIM, VAR, PESR is also be taken into production once clients from the world to tell us that they need most high quality materials, for aerospace, military, oil and gas industry.

All the demands will be taken as priority as we asked the factory to complete all orders should be the “First”, the delivery should be finished within 60 days, even 30 days.

Annual plan of course is welcome but urgent order on time is our service strength.
